2024-10-02 Return to the Starless Sea Part 2

Our heroes went back in time, flew a wizard van, and fought a chaos dragon.

In the construction site of the wailing keep they freed their peasant, radish farming ancestors. Along the way the warrior Corswain’s ancestor peasant died falling into a pit and she was mutated by a change of fate and acquired - “that innsmouth look”. Perhaps this was the ancestor that stopped her family line from joining the cult of Father Dagon. (see below)

Deep in the keep the players battled a younger chaos leviathan but were vaporized by arcing lightning from the well of souls. The party were undone by the Chaos lord and his priests as they misjudged the danger of the protective magic barrier around the well of souls and found themselves out of time and out of luck at the Starless Sea!
