  • Zoey: Norah the Thief, more buff even than the fighter
  • Kevin: Rogar the Warhammer-wielding Wizard
  • Cecilia: Cain the Thief, who came across a mysterious old box of unopened treasure, as well as an ominous black statuette of Shune the Vile
  • Jacob: Morden the Fighter, who triggered a trap the hard way and got himself doused by magical water

Wherein the only two thieves who have ever visited Darkwater went to check out a spot that really could have used a priest. Ophelia the Gray, an elf priest, is attempting to restore an ancient temple of Gede, and sought the adventurers’ help in clearing out the spooky basement. The party fought some zombies, Darkmantles, and Ghouls, came across a mysterious alter and puzzle, a heavy stone door they could not open, and a chill Skeleton named Ted that wasn’t much help, and then crumbled into dust when Cecilia took his spooky statuette. They left some rooms yet unexplored, and came back up to the surface for some much needed healing from Ophelia.

The bard with who Boffo met in a hard night of carousing passed the party a map to the abandonded mansion basement of Lord Bartolomeu III, a corrupt noble in Darkwater

Exploring the basement, the party encounters giant rats, a collapsing bath house, poisonous centipedes which kill the half-orc adventurer. Rothack?. A giant spider is encountered, and the ghost of Lucinda Bartolomeu who is now riding along in a semi-posession of Joziah.

The party recovered two barrels of aged whiskey to aid carrousing. They also have Lucinda’s journal which has incriminating evidence of corrupt crimes against the King by Bartolomeu III.
